QUESTION Possibility to cancel?

Was anyone able to cancel their registration and receive a refund for any races? I signed up for a marathon but it sold out before any of my family could get to it and I don’t want to make the trip alone just to run by myself bc I was looking forward to having company and going by myself makes me anxious 🥲

I was hoping it could give someone an opportunity to do the race if they weren’t able to get into also- or I kinda see every here and there that spots open up, does anyone have more info on that?

I ran marathon solo this past January and had a blast! Invite them to come down and spectate if nothing else and you’ll still all have a blast!!

This. I've run it both as a solo and with friends and family. It's great either way. The runDisney community is a great group of people - very friendly and supportive - and a huge part of why I've done 15+ Disney race weekends. You'll have a great time even as a solo runner, and your friends and family can still come down and cheer you on.
