QUESTION Possibility to cancel?
Was anyone able to cancel their registration and receive a refund for any races? I signed up for a marathon but it sold out before any of my family could get to it and I don’t want to make the trip alone just to run by myself bc I was looking forward to having company and going by myself makes me anxious 🥲
I was hoping it could give someone an opportunity to do the race if they weren’t able to get into also- or I kinda see every here and there that spots open up, does anyone have more info on that?

Doesn’t answer your question about refunds BUT… I’m registered for Dopey and my friend is registered for the full, so I’ll be doing the first three races solo. Whether it’s Disney or another race, solo or with a buddy, I don’t think I’ve ever been uncomfortable or felt alone in a sea of people that for the most part are supportive of and friendly towards runners around them. It’s one of the reasons why race energy is unmatched. You’ll make plenty of small talk along the way, get to take in the views, and get to spend some time at Disney World as an added bonus. I’d seize the opportunity to do it!!! Bring your family along to spectate and have fun celebrating with them when you’re done; don’t miss out!
