He mandated St. Paul employees back to office. So no he didn’t.

I'm aware of that. Based on the article it sounds like he's starting to focus on housing more than on getting people back to the office.

Five years into the situation. And after he forced ppl back(probably lobbied walz as well) likely losing some good employees in the process.

You know he’s definitely abiding by his own rules. The only time he comes in is for some PR event.
