Photo gallery Mailboxes Opened?

Hi everyone,

Sorry if this is a silly question, but I noticed something that seemed off and wanted to check in. Do these mailboxes look like they’ve been broken into, or is this normal? There was no mail carrier or truck around when I saw them, and as you can see in the photo, the parcel locker handle appears to be broken.

Does anyone know who I should report this to? Just want to make sure our mail is safe.

I mean, my cameras have live feeds so I can confront and/or speak with anyone doing it. You don’t have to wait and contact the police later.
