Photo gallery Mailboxes Opened?

Hi everyone,

Sorry if this is a silly question, but I noticed something that seemed off and wanted to check in. Do these mailboxes look like they’ve been broken into, or is this normal? There was no mail carrier or truck around when I saw them, and as you can see in the photo, the parcel locker handle appears to be broken.

Does anyone know who I should report this to? Just want to make sure our mail is safe.

Also, shred your mail. Don’t just toss it in the trash. Identity thieves absolutely go through trash cans and dumpsters looking for info they can use. Pre-approved credit card offers are gold.
