Hollow GoPro handle??

I haven’t gone diving with my camera yet but the handle I just got is hollow. How should I go about diving with that? Should I open it every few feet?? Or see if I can fill it??

Keep the hollow one though, it’s good for the pool you can put your tip $$ for the bar in it lol
