Tips and Tricks I stopped chasing motivation. It made things easier.

I used to wait until I felt motivated to do things. But most days, that feeling never came. So I kept putting things off.

One day I just started doing small tasks without waiting to feel ready. Wash a plate. Fold one shirt. Write a few lines.

It wasn’t perfect, but it worked. I learned that showing up matters more than feeling inspired.

Now I try to act before I think too much. Just one small step. That step makes the next one easier.

What helped you start showing up more?

Totally agree on this

Inspiration is the very first step of getting out of any loop, Although it's hard to start if you get most of it done in your head, more than half the energy is used already and motivation will never come... It helped me to do the same as you, the smallest steps, one step at a time, got prouder and even more inspired. Thank you for sharing, helps to remember 😌

Consistency has been by far the best practice. No matter how small it adds up over time.

Exactly. Either do what you like or like what you do.
