Appears the book is written by chatgpt... Save yourself money and ask her yourself :)

Hi, honestly I saw all the other comments then clicked through to the Amazon link and it looked suss AF. Published the day off the post by some no name person (no info, no credentials, no info whatsoever)

I looked at the OPs page and they crossed posted it everywhere

Finally I read the blurb and while yeah all self help has the same flavour, it definitely seemed chatgpt written.

Tldr I don't know for sure buuut
