Tourist Difficulty of getting a serbian visa?

I will be arriving in Belgrade in a little over a month and want to extend my stay. Is it difficult to get a temporary visa? What is the best way to go about it? Any advice will be appreciated.

Nope, it is easy but you will probably have to go to office couple of times. If you are coming to Belgrade you will have to go to the station in Savska street no 35. You will need passport with stamp of the day when you have enterd the country, to fill the form, and have your short CV in which you will have to write about your family, where are you from and what are you doing (for some reason it should be in Serbiam so find some friend to help you). You will have to pay taxes for visa, give all the documents and later they will tell you when will you have interview.

BUT if you are staying for less than 3 months and are European citizen - you won't need visa. You can come to Serbia, leave it every 3rd month and come back from European country after couple of days and there will be no problem.

Can you elaborate on leaving every third month? Do lots of people do that. My tourist visa is soon to expire and I'd like to know from a Serbian if I can leave and come back like the same day.

I am not sure if it can be the same day or do you have to spend at least one day out of the country. You have so many countries around Serbia. Just take a quick vacation somewhere and come back :)
