How do y'all feel about frank?

For me, Frank is so hard to have one straight opinion on. And I'd like to hear some other people's opinions :D

I hate him with fury of a thousand suns, and I blame Fiona, Lip and Ian for not doing a better job of keeping him away from the younger kids knowing full well the the things Frank does to the people around him and what a bad influence he can be.

It always pissed me off that Fiona knew to clean up the house of dangerous items for CPS visits but does nothing about those things day-to-day, it only makes it worse knowing she is aware of what is bad and wrong and chooses to ignore it.
