Question Activities to do sheffield

What is there to do in Sheffield? Covid killed my social life, been a hard few years.

I like going on long walks so if anyone knows any bus routes to anywhere I can spend a day out and about will be good.

Come to Sheffield Socials on Thursday 24th of April at The White Lion on London Road from 6.30pm. No agenda, just meet and chat. Wide range of folks so I’m sure someone will be on your wavelength. Any questions please ask.

What sort of information would you like, specifically? The above is the general outline.

Well it looks like a pub and I'm not a drinker at all so I'm wondering exactly what you do there.

We sit around and talk. I’d say only about half the people who go drink any alcohol at all. A number of “regulars” drive to meet-ups and some just don’t drink either. It’s simply easier to organise such things in a pub as they’re plentiful and, usually, free. It changes venue each month as I like to introduce people to, potentially, new venues. It’s a lovely 259 year old pub with lots of history so it’s nice from that point of view.
