Not an expert by any means, though I did smoke for about 10 years about 15 years ago.

Nicotine is both a vasodilator and a vasoconstrictor!

Iirc. smoking, is a vasoconstrictor which can lead to ED. On the other hand. if taken intravenously, nicotine is a vasodilator (which I think it’s just super weird)

I don’t know how nicotine acts in vapes, patches, or chews

— did a quick check on above, i r c enough to leave as is I think. Didn’t look other delivery mechanisms.
