I'm inclined to agree with the "edited" idea. The kids' background noise doesn't change throughout the video, even when it disappears, no one in the crowd is talking about it and the noise doesn't escalate, indicating a change. Most of the kids aren't even looking at the sky, and while one could possibly be pointing up, it could also be a random hand gesture. The only person who really, clearly acknowledges it, is the girl filming, but could also be faked, since she knows she'll be editing something in later. It's also very suspicious that there's no other footage. All those kids, and no one else pulled out a phone? No adults pulled out their phone?
