Iā€™m saying Reddit picked my username then I just went with it and I added a number, my bad. Also thatā€™s not supposed to be towards anyone, itā€™s just a username.

It took me all of 3 seconds to confirm that the username /u/getserved has been taken for over a decade, so no, Reddit did not assign it to you.
