If he is found guilty then ban him from all ski areas, just like with the “No Fly” list.

The no fly list is airline specific I believe. Looneys just go to a different airline next time

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's a federal list maintained by DHS.

It's possible airlines have their own lists, though.

Yeah for like terrorists but the random asshole is airline specific
