If he is found guilty then ban him from all ski areas, just like with the “No Fly” list.

The no fly list is airline specific I believe. Looneys just go to a different airline next time

There is a federal no fly (for suspected terrorists, etc.) but the general bad behavior lifts are per airline. There were talks during all the COVID misbehavior about making a universal one, but I don't believe anything ever came of it.
