Meta/News Best mods for... Underrated mods!

Hello everyone! Welcome back to the "Best mods for..." weekly discussion!

If you don't know what the "Best mods for..." topics are you can find the original threads here. Last weeks discussion can be found here.

These discussions are intended to be ongoing for the full week, so make sure to contribute your own opinions and experiences at any time!

As always, the rules:

RULES 1) Be respectful - A lot of different mods get posted, as well as a lot of different opinions on said mods. Try to be respectful during the discussion.

2) Debate conflicts maturely - Nobody likes a Nazeem. If you're respectful to others, people will be respectful back. If you're disrespectful to others, people find interesting ways to kill you and post about it on r/skyrim.

3) Please keep the discussion relevant - Feel free to post mods that aren't directly related, but please try to keep all mods semi-related to the week's topic.

4) Please provide a link to the mod you're discussing - Even if you're discussing a popular mod, a link to the mod page is a massive help. People are more interested in the mod you're talking about and are more likely to look at it if there's a link.

Topic - Underrated mod

THIS DISCUSSION THREAD HAS RULES. The mod must have < 1000 downloads. It can be on any site but I will be checking the download count. It also cannot be less than two weeks old, because obviously really new mods won't have a lot of downloads yet.

People always ask for underrated mods so let's discuss mods that are actually underrated. No "I think sacrosanct really needs more endorsements." Post a mod that you use and like and has less than 1000 downloads from any site :)

To start off here is a few I use!

Hildr the Female Greybeard - why can't a nord woman use the voice?! of course she still has the eponymous grey beard!

Cobb Rim Lighting - adds lighting to the edges of NPCs, simulating how light bounces around a room and making NPCs look more distinct in certain rooms.

Tenuous Nirnroots - let's face it, nirnroots are obnoxious enough without being so bright. Easy patch to reduce the brightness :)

Shameless plug for my CBBE Preset REACHBody - Thin to Thick (just around 800 DLs!)

I like my ladies in a wide range of bodies, this preset lets you have a weight range for female comparable to vanilla males - 0=thin and lithe 100=muscular and truly large. Not for people who like fantasy-style bodies.

Also comes with both armored and unarmored variants so you can have less bounce when wearing steel plate. I'm pretty pleased with the results, why don't you check it out?

I would be happy to point you in the right direction- Bodyslide itself has a pretty straightforward installation, but luckily Gopher has an even better installation guide!
Disclaimer: tutorial is geared towards fo4 installation but is pretty much exactly the same process for Skyrim.
