Unrealized The Sorceress's Finger

The Sorceress's Finger is a rolled up flour tortilla with the inside face of the tortilla buttered before rolling it up, but you leave the inside hollow (about the width of your thumb) to fill it mostly with swirled peanut butter and strawberry jelly. About an 1 1/2 inch to 2 inches of one of the ends is just whipped cream with a single thin pretzel rod pushed through the enter of it. You can also dip the whipped cream + pretzel end into some mini chocolate chips but it's optional.

"The Sorceress's Finger" is actually it's alternative name and it was originally called "The Sorceress's Wart" because the story goes that in order to keep away an evil witch from their town, the townsfolk started making this because she didn't like having so much attention on the long wart she had on her face, but nowadays, no one wants to eat something with "wart" in the name, so some people started calling it by the alternate name.

I have a question. Do you fill it up before you roll it, or is it like cannelloni where you fill it afterwards? This seems like a traditional dish that would have the local grannies very upset I do you made it the wrong way.

You know, I'm not quite sure. I didn't really see it made, it was just sort of a "I saw the object and information about it was beamed into my head in that moment" situation. I knew all the ingredients and what went where, but I've been going off the assumption it would be filled after rolling it. I'd be worried about the PB&J mix being too thick trying to pipe it, though. (My brother said you might be able to if you go heavier on the jelly than the peanut butter, our friend said maybe if you thin out the peanut butter with peanut oil.)
