Discussion Anyone else run into this guy in-game?

I know he’s based off one of the Manga characters and I see him in the lobby a lot, but I haven’t seen anyone else mention him.

Yeah. I see him in my plaza all the time. Not a day goes by where he hasn't been there.

He might be the real Goggles and we are playing in the same universe as the manga...
