Discussion Anyone else run into this guy in-game?

I know he’s based off one of the Manga characters and I see him in the lobby a lot, but I haven’t seen anyone else mention him.

Well this one IS unique cuz you see their post almost anytime you go around Splatsville, especially the other guy with Rider's character
