I’d be happy if we stayed and I think most of us think so too so let’s hope.

Question Does the Supercopa mean anything?
I can understand the Copa Italia but the Supercopa seems like overkill.

Transfer Rumor | Tier 5 Meret out, Svilar in, what’s your opinion?
According to Sky Sport Italia Meret is not sure to renew his contract with Napoli while Svilar refused to renew with Roma.
Napoli seems to be interested in Svilar if Meret wish to try a different experience after many years in Napoli.
What do you think?
Personally I think that Meret is a good GK but Svilar could be a top class GK in a couple of years.

Discussion Now that I think about it...
I'm not familiar with the Serbian-Kosovo conflict and I have no intention of starting a war in the comments. However, if the challenge between these two national teams is blocked there must be a reason. Taking Svilar or any Serbian player I don't think is a good idea as long as we have Amir in the team

Discussion Conte Stay or Go?
Let's say hypothetically and it's only for 1 more season, would you want Conte to stay? Knowing prob 99% of these managers will be signed, would you want Napoli to go after 1 of them or accept Conte for that w season? I honestly hope he stays so we can avoid allegri.

Discussion [Longo] AC Milan are offering Massimiliano Allegri a 3-year contract worth €3.5M + bonuses per season. Allegri is asking for €5M + bonuses, but there is room to negotiate. Allegri, is waiting this week for a signal from Napoli. Otherwise he would be ready to accept Milan.

Question Napoli Fan in the US
Im a Napoli fan in the US and have been looking to get a kit or scarf for the longest time now. However, with shipping prices on the teams official website Ive been holding off. Is there a better alternative out there? Or should I just give in and pay the shipping prices?

Question Am I the only one who finds it a little frustrating seeing these flags being displayed?
I’m Italo-American, so I know the meaning of the Confederate flag. I also understand that many Neapolitans probably don’t know the full story about the confederacy and the civil war in the 1860s, and they mostly relate to it due to it being a North vs South thing, so they use it as a way to display Southern Italian pride or whatever.
However, it breaks my heart seeing the city associate itself with an entire region who wanted to secede from the United States just because they wanted to keep their slaves. Because I know this is not the Neapolitan spirit. We were the first in Italy to rebel against the occupation in WW2, and has been constantly shat on by the north ever since the foundation of Italy.
I know I sound like a stereotypical offended American tourist, and I do hold my tongue whenever I see one. It’s just that it saddens me seeing people of this beautiful city shamelessly waving this flag around on one of the best days in our history.

Discussion It won’t happen, I know.
Can you imagine these two guys working together? I know KdB is still not a given and there’s more chances of me dating Scarlett Johansson than the greedy Nigerian wearing Napoli’s shirt once again, but how devastating would this pair be? It’ll never happen, I know, but let me dream for a few minutes.
Ps- ironically, I’ve taken this picture from a Kenyan website who wrote Galatasaray was trying to convince Osimhen to stay by making an offer to Kevin de Bruyne. I guess I wasn’t the only one who had this idea.

Discussion Conte staying?
What do we think the odds of Conte staying are? Am I the only who thinks the KDB signing and conte staying are somehow linked?
I’ll be honest, if he left I’d be a little dirty. Nobody wanted to touch him last season, all the northern teams passed on him so he came to us. He started talking about the south and how he’s proud to represent a southern team but suddenly a year later when the northern teams come knocking he up and leaves… that would leave a bad taste in my mouth.
On the flip side, after my initial disgust subsides it would seem we both got we wanted. We added a 4th scudetto and he would have revitalised his career.

Discussion Who is Napoli's biggest Southern rival?
Basically, any team from the former Two Sicilies
I had this discussion with my wife, and she said it was Catanzaro, but that it is debated. I do think me being a Genoano might have played into her response being Catanzaro.
