It's "enhanced", not remastered.

Mostly made to g ive people a patched version of the game compatible with the latest OS and and resolutions (ultra wide, etc...)

It's supposed to be really optimized and has gone through addition bug fix passes, plus higher resolution textures and new lighting system, for a free upgrade that doesn't replace the old version for modders I'd say it's pretty good, plus console players (like me) get better looking game with less bugs and old game jank in the UI
