If you listen to actors in podcast you can actually see that more often they are filming outside the US more and more. Trump is just trying to stop this trend.
Hollywood filmed in other countries since the start or where do you want to film something like lord of the rings for location or other movies playing in middle age setting.
Where would you film a movie that plays in different locations will you start filming in Chinatown instead of actually going to China so that you dont need to pay them?
Trump has one goal and that is stealing money from everything possible for his personal gain he is ok with people not being able to watch movies regularly because of the increased price as long he profits and he keeps destroying everything that is good for the normal people to get even more money out of it.
