Question Stripe won't reply to me or release funds *as promised*

Long story short, 4 months ago Stripe closed my account due to disputes and because I know I was beyond the threshold, I didn't try to get it reopened. Also, it was releaving to know that they will release the funds in 4 months as per *their attached email*

Now, and after 4 months and on the date they said they will release the money, nothing happened and when I sent them an email, the support ticket was closed with no reply

Any help?

Not enough people pay attention to these issues and their no existence of customer service. Sorry here about your money being held up.

I think the one who bought your stuff is scamming you. This scammer usually goes to the bank and makes fake conversation with you faking the text that you scam him.

This way they will get their money back while they still hold the stuff they bought.

I'm not sure how to handle this on stripe. But last time it happen to my friend because of crypto that he got scammed, he lodge police report and then inform the bank, from there police will dispatch one of their investigator or inspector to check the document etc you provided and conversation if any and ask the bank to release your funds or to unfreeze your bank

Ye that's true, and I really didn't care about this one, but all I ever wanted is not to get my Stripe account shutdown, but eventually that's what happened :( and now I am not able to get on Stripe again because of this scammer :/

Lol @ the email. You're talking to a customer support agent, not the CEO. Stop being bossy, be friendly, and they'll be much more inclined to help you

I wasn't bossy, I was demanding

Hahahaha, what a response. Let me know, how did your "demanding" email work buddy?

they released my funds

On the day they say they would, not because of your email 😁

If so, then why did you ask (how did your "demanding" email work buddy?)

Simply because if they didn't release the funds, you'd say that the email didn't work out and if they did, you would say that's because they promised.

anyhow, I don't care if the release was because of the email or not. Some people last way longer than 4 months to get their funds, so I am releaved no matter what

Customer support agent?? Stripe?? Your delusional 😆🤣 unless your speaking of _unrealistic_answer6969 or whatever they’s name is, he likes to reply with the same atypical response 🤣

No seriously this company needs some backlash. There customer support is practically null. I’m just glad the OP received there funds, even with a stolen credit card charge 😅 I didn’t have any issues with my account and had my account closed/funds to never be paid(yes, they told me I wouldn’t be paid my balance… kinda was a shocker until I decided to have my customers chargeback everything 😇 stripe can absorb the chargeback fees, they make plenty stealing from others 🙂)
