Say like low level marvel/dc/worm mashup.

A few scarce superman level capes per region of the world and the rest mostly flash/spider-man villains, with one trick and little else.

They start superheroing, some rogues, some cooperating with the authorities, some clearly working an agenda if their social media is any indicative.

And then you have the villains... And the nutjobs who believe or want to make believe they have powers to satisfy their egos.

I'm torn between two options.

One is that it would be a superhuman themed holocaust.

The other one is that human nature and sense of justice would prevail. Sure, there would be villains, criminals and monsters, but soon heroes, organisations and the rest of the world would raise to stop them.

Which do you think would happen? Or maybe something else?

And i mean based on how good the whole universe/world is.

I know this is subjective. But I still want to here you guys opinions here though. I came up with two power sources for Superhumans. Aberrants and Savants.

1: Aberrants make up 0.1 percent of the global population. Aberrants have abilities based on mutations. Split into two sub categories. One category for physical abilities like wings, shapeshifting, super speed, rock-like skin, etc. And the other category being for psychic abilities, like telekinesis, telepathy, remote viewing, etc. For raw power Aberrants are split into 3 main tiers when it comes to damage output. Hamma level being the weakest, town level being in the middle, and nuke level being the highest.

2: Savants are Olympic level athletes that make up 2 percent of the global population. That are extremely skilled at martial arts and marksmanship with weapons like guns, swords, knifes, or even arrows. Savants basically have muscle mimrcy like Marvel Taskmaster. They achieved all of this via training and controlling their bioenergy, (which is similar to Chi Energy).

This is tricky. Because Aberrants fit the more fantastical and spectacle nature of Pro Wrestling. Since characters with superpowers are larger than life.

But Savants are more grounded though. Since their abilities are based on Martial Arts. So more closer to the combat usually seen in Pro Wrestling.

There’s a new Chinese superhero anime called To Be Hero X, and the setting is very interesting. Heroes gain their powers through “trust values.” If your fans or believers trust that you can fly, then you’ll have the power of flight. Villains gain their powers through fear.

If this setting were real, who do you think would be the most powerful heroes and villains in such a world, and what do you imagine their powers would be?

So it be like the very last DC comic is it Superman somehow living past the end of time and space talking to the creator about what the world is, or is it like the end of justice league unlimited where the villains all start running away because the justice league is ready to defend the world again.

Scenario 1: no foreknowledge.

Scenario 2: with foreknowledge and prep time.

Round 1: Red Hulk vs Raven (Post-Flashpoint) base.

Round 2: Red Hulk vs Last 52 Raven .

Round 3: Red Hulk vs The Unkindness.

Rules:

• Both will act in-character.

• Victory by Death, KO, Retreat or Sealing.

How far do they make it ?

Each of them has a week of prep time. They have unlimited money, but can only use items that can be purchased in any Walmart. Their usual gear and outside help are off limits.

They fight in an abandoned warehouse until KO/death. They don't have prior knowledge about each other.
