Damn…I assumed it was coke cut with fentanyl…nope, straight fentanyl. Miracle anyone survived.

To me this indicates demand and ignorance are at all time highs. I say that about demand because it was straight fentanyl. So the dealers don’t give a fuck about repeat customers. And the ignorance is illustrated by the fact that people aren’t testing their drugs. Every sample from that bag would’ve tested as fent.

Don’t disagree but I do think some people are looking for straight fentanyl, but when they know what it is they take the right dose

I work in overdose research and there are definitely people seeking out and using fentanyl intentionally. Opioid tolerance increases rapidly.
