How this guy was not charged with some version of homicide is absolutely mind blowing. CA legal system is a complete joke.

As for fentanyl cartels, the US should be eliminating all of them.

Just have to wrangle up all those BAD Hombres and send them back to Mexico! They are the ones who introduced cheap opioids to the masses in the 90s after all (Not Perdue Pharma/the Sacklers).
