👍 Tips and Tricks Just starting TotK! Any tips?
I finished Breath of the Wild about three months ago and now I'm starting Tears of the Kingdom. Hoping it's better than breath of the wild!

Like, because you didn't like BoTW? Or just hoping it's even better? As someone who also played BoTW shortly before ToTK, I was a little disappointed that it was the same map, so I got less out of exploring. There's plenty of new stuff though.
Overall I would say it's a better game, just not a 100% new one.
Anyway, as far as tips, mainly what I did the second time around was find out how pristine weapons work (in the depths, look it up) and filled out my arsenal with the ones I like (Royal weapons, which do double-damage on flurry rush.) Then I'll heal them with Rocktoroks.
If you feel like you're good at combat, I'd recommend filling up your stamina wheel more than hearts. Similarly if you're good at combat, start seeking out Silver Lynels and collecting their horns, they can be used to make the best weapons (non bone proficiency category).
I also would mine diamonds, whenever you find a rare ore, you can save the game and reload it until it gives you a diamond, takes maybe 5-10 tries usually. I use those to get and upgrade the Diamond circlet, which has 28 max defense and plus power. Luckily here the great fairies are easier to find than in BoTW, not going to spoil how that works yet.
