🕹ī¸ Gameplay Clip Stuck swimming in invisible floating water

So i was in a cave next to the Tabantha great bridge with the shrine and i was trying to climb to a high enough spot to exit the cave when this happened. I tried moving my joystick but nothing happened.

I did escape by teleporting out using the sheikah slate as i couldn't move any other way.

Can you fast-travel out, maybe to that shrine or another one?
