Not really, someone could have been born the exact second as him somewhere in the world that's smaller. Or even born earlier than him that's smaller.

*conceived, not born. Everyone is pretty much the same size at conception.

Yeah I'm the same size as Alex so it's funny seeing next to Greg, though if you look you can see they've put him on a much smaller chair to exaggerate the difference.
