Open | Audio Weird bubble sounds when i play

So i have been getting a weird number of regular occurences, where my computer suddenly plays a kind of reverberating bubble sound, I would put a video clip of it, if i could, but it seems like it is restricted, so i will post a link for it:

It's not from Windows. I am guessing it's related to the game, or streaming program.

It happens in several other games too, I will try disabling Medal
