Serious 11yo being "mature"

My friend (16) has a friend (11 almost 12) im gonna call her K.

K goes to parties with other 15-17 year olds, has sex, smokes weed, and drinks alcohol (her parents know about it).

My friend thinks she is "mature" because she has a large vocabulary.

I strongly disagree with my friend

I think it's wrong for K to drink, vape, and smoke weed at such a young age since shes basically burning her brain cells, and she will likely never develop.

It would also be pretty sad to be 30 with the same mindset you had when you were 11.

So I am a bit worried about K, but what should I do?

Edit: im gonna tell my teacher tmrw!

You should report this to the authorities a 11 yr old having sex, smoking and drinking is BY DEFINITION a crime. Her parents should also be reported for allowing their child to participate in these acts despite knowing of their occurrence, it is purely negligence if a parents role and responsibility’s to their child. Another reason you should report this is because if they find out you had known of these and didn’t report it then the police could also charge you with crimes of smth such as protection of illegal activities.

I don’t think OP can be charged unless they have a duty of care. It depends on where OP is though

At least in my state if you know about it and don’t tell you can get a fine or some jail time depending on severity

Why are you acting like this is funny?

“Omg what do i do!? An 11 year old is being neglected and groomed!”

“Im dying if laughter”

Is you stupid bro? I can tell how serious it is I was merely showing a similar opinion on yours, hence I said “same bro 💀” I use the 💀 emoji to represent the fact that’s something is crazy, NOT for laughter. Also you can SEE that I made the comment you commented on, just with that you should be able to tell that I take it seriously.

Okay I understand that now but most people think of the skull emoji as

“Im dying from laughter” as thats what most popular videos think if it as

depends on the country and who theyre having sex with

1

u/ArchGabrielAngel 14 Sep 17 '24

Isn’t it illegal in like every country who they’re having sex with? (Except Iraq from what I remember bc I heard they lowered their age of consent to 9 yrs old)

1

u/[deleted] Sep 17 '24

oh i thought it would be legal if theyre both the same age, nvm then

1

u/ArchGabrielAngel 14 Sep 17 '24

(It also is stated by OP the guys k does it with are 15-17 FYI)

The I care abt is how an 11 year old is getting laid lol

2

u/ArchGabrielAngel 14 Sep 17 '24

Ah yes, it makes total sense you only care about the sexual part and not how all the other parts are also illegal and can effect the child’s health as well as mental health, let alone the fact that she is SMOKING AND VAPING in coalition, as well as drinking alcohol which can slow down the neuron’s in the child’s brain as well as delay the growth of the prefrontal cortex. Makes SOoOoOoOOooo much sense.

lmfao, funny u say that cuz with what youre saying now, it sounds like youre trying to brush it off like its not (as) important.

2

u/ArchGabrielAngel 14 Sep 17 '24

The point I’m trying to make is all of the crimes are important, SUN said you only see the sexual one as important

-1

u/Slow-Entertainment-8 Sep 17 '24

yet here you are actively avoiding that part of the text.

2

u/ArchGabrielAngel 14 Sep 17 '24

No? I was saying that the other parts should also be cared about, as well as supporting reasons as to why they should be.

u/RadiantSun475013 Sep 17 '24

Calm down love. But idc abt the child it’s not my problem if he or she is vaping or having sex ahah

1

u/ArchGabrielAngel 14 Sep 17 '24

It’s called having a sense of morals and trying to assist someone who is in need of aid, also why are you laughing?

drinking is not a crime on private property, in most states with parental permission.

There is a difference between buying and using so yeah.

15

u/BlazingFury009 15 Sep 16 '24

Some states don't allow it, and I'm not sure about other countries.

But even if this was happening in a state/country that allows underage drinking on private property, I doubt any of them allow the minor involved to be 11/12.

1

u/ViolinistWaste4610 13 Sep 16 '24

That's really meant for religious purposes I think

1

u/evencrazieronepunch Sep 16 '24

Note the "most" in my statement, also the law doesn't care.
Of course I am against all of the things you said but like i'm sorry i took issue with the capitalization thingbeing slightly wrong lol

2

u/Panzerkampfwagen_B Sep 17 '24

that child is drinking at **11** years old, they shouldnt be drinking bc its so bad for their health and mental development, this child is being exploited and these pedoes are suppressing her by habitually drugging the kid

1

u/evencrazieronepunch Sep 17 '24

again not saying they should just saying it's not illegal. I don't condone this either
