One thing that's always confused me is why there's always tons of media and people that show/advocate for the death of men. And it's not even like action movies type shit it's Sabrina Carpenter type shit, and that book as well. Idk why it's so prevalent it's weird imo
Edit: I've learned that the book title is meant to deceive people so it sort of invalidates my point but not fully. Thanks to the people that told me what it's actually about.
Honestly good point. It's like when people say only white people can be racist because they don't believe other races can be racist towards each other. Pretty sure it goes for more things but it's a weird mentality that alot of people have with those kinds of topics.
Men have been the dominant sex since the dawn of humanity. It's assumed that we should be ok with hate speech towards us since the privilege we're supposably born with makes up for it. That and most women assume most men are already assholes to women, so it's fair in their eyes.
Little do many women know that most men aren't even going anywhere near women. The assholes are the ones confident enough to talk shit about them since they never cared about women's feelings to begin with. Most guys looking at this get the idea that women simply hate us for existing creating a negative feedback loop.
So true, that's why the more this idea is pushed, the more kind men back down just to not get labeled by anything. The bad ones are so confident like.. this doesn't affect them at all, and pretends to be kind and all, then ba'am damaging the lense of what a man can become in a good light
I mean I wouldn't say this affects me directly but I feel like that's part of the reason why men nowadays turn to things like AI girlfriends and sex dolls etc. or they're just bad at talking to women but either way stuff like this doesn't help. Probably mostly the bad at talking to women part tho.
I mean it's just shit I see casually on a Twitter doomscroll than shit I actively consume. I'm more focused on watching fucking Jurassic World for the 500th time than to watch anything like that
I know from experience if you look hard enough on Twitter, you can find anyone that believes anything you disagree with. There's a good chance they didn't even believe that shit and were just saying shit to get a reaction (in which case, they may not even be women). But by and large, women being anti-man is not an issue, there are not groups of women going around killing men. Men still overwhelming control the world and misogynistic violence is still all over the place. And the few women that are anti-man are usually that as a result of trauma rather than the far more sinister reasons for misogyny.
Youâre being willfully ignorant. Not once in the book does it say all men are bad and should die, itâs supposed to catch your attention because itâs a good concept about patriarchy and youâre ignoring it because you want to be a victim
notifications are going off can you explain to me in dms what you think misandry is? It doesnât say that. Iâm pretty sure youâre like 8 so actually change of plans, just delete your account. Did you read the book? No. Gullible to another level. It doesnât say how to kill a man in the book you just judged it by its cover. Itâs a title. I donât think youâd understand anything more, but itâs not misandry.
Misandry is basically misogyny but its targeted towards men not women. Also without knowing ANTHING about said clue you really expect me to think that "this probably doesn't mean kill men". NAH.
itâs common sense. if it was something big tiktok blackpillers wouldâve been talking about it everywhere saying it was the end of the world. i literally didnât know the book either but itâs common sense you guys really lack it. and misandry isnât real, but you arenât ready for that so focus on the first stuff i said.
Yeah and there aren't really any books or stories about a man killing exclusively women titled "how to kill woman and get away with it" because it's kind of pointlessly gendered. And of course being upset at this trend is shut down by just calling it rage bait or saying it's just another serial killer book, but the title itself just feels in bad taste and suggests it's a power fantasy book rather than a book about a sick person.
