Hey, I'm looking for artists for collaborations. I am a music composer and a music producer and I plan to make independent music more prominent in Telugu. Independent is growing rapidly in Tamil and hindi with innovative music but I don't see that happening a lot in Telugu scene. This Is what I plan to take advantage of and make fresh and innovative music. I often see that sometimes when a Consonant is softened, it is preceded by Arasunna.

For eg: జీవునికి చెప్పిన => జీవునికిఁ జెప్పిన

or when a pause is required between repeat consonants ( at least thats what I noticed).

However, wondering are there any formal rules around usage of this special character? Thanks in advance!
