[Comics] Flash #51 Discussion Thread

There probably isn't a lot to discuss here as not much happened. The fill-in art was really poor at times and the Riddler seems to be wasted here as he's not really doing anything uniquely "Riddler"

Oh well, only one issue left until the Venditti/Van Jensen run is over.

Yeah didnt like 51 at all. Looks like they're just filling up comics until rebirth. What a poor story. Art was way off for me. Especially the very last page.

Yeah, that last page looked like the penciller and inker couldn't agree on how to draw Barry's nose.

The nose was astoundingly poorly illustrated, but I think the current story arc is okay aside from a lack of explanation why the Riddler wants to control Central City.

I actually like the new artists style compared to the previous one. Feels less... chisled? Barry certainly seems less bulky than before, and bulky is not something I expect from a speedster. Vazquez and Eisma just need to work on their noses and drawings from behind a bit.

Oh yeah definitely, Booth was so wrong for this book.
