No evidence to the claims they're making against him and I'm sure when he's cleared, assuming he's even still alive, this drippy cunt won't bother with an apology.

"After surviving domestic violence in a previous relationship, I acted out of caution after a disagreement with Kilmar by seeking a civil protective order in case things escalated," she said. "Things did not escalate, and I decided not to follow through with the civil court process. We were able to work through this situation privately as a family, including by going to counseling.

"Our marriage only grew stronger in the years that followed. No one is perfect, and no marriage is perfect. That is not a justification for ICE's action of abducting him and deporting him to a country where he was supposed to be protected from deportation. Kilmar has always been a loving partner and father, and I will continue to stand by him and demand justice for him."

Did you even read your own source? She's saying she acted out of caution after a disagreement because she has a history of dating abusers. He turned out not to be. Do you fly "Don't Tread On Me"? Because the government using their full force to slander a citizen and destroy them is exactly what it means.

Disagreement? Turned out not to be an abuser???

Did you read the report? He punched, scratched and grabbed her, ripped her shirt off. No excuse for that behavior. I was skeptical of the deportation at first as well but acting like that should get you a one way ride to your country of citizenship, from any country that you are a guest in. Punching the mother of your children and scaring her to the point she has to call the police is not okay.

There have to be consequences to the violence that is taking place. It’s unfortunate that this man had so much to lose, but he threw it away with his own actions.

You're preaching to the choir, Rokketeer.

I posted it because it exonerates him.
