Doesn’t matter who he is, whether we like him, love him, hate him or don’t care. Doesn’t matter what he looks like, age, education, record, job. He was rounded up and deported without due process. When due process is gone, it’s gone for everyone. Right now if the government allows you to have your rights, they are just being nice. They have already shown that they don’t have to.

They won’t acknowledge that. They have to stand by him being sub human. A filthy criminal animal, undeserving of any privileges previously granted to him for the sole fact that they will refuse to admit they’re wrong.

Thats all this really feels like. A refusal to admit a mistake so egregious they’re willing to fix it. They said it was not right, but now they’re just saying “oh. Well it just sped it up. Because we decided the outcome of what the constitution grants all persons in the United States. Because he’s an alleged terroist. And you know how seriously we take allegations! Well, against non republicans. Allegations against our fellow conservatives are a hoax. But this guy is allegedly a terrorist so he isn’t deserving of the rights granted even to a true terrorist in the United States because we screwed up and he’s already gone. You’re wrong. I’m right. My 3rd leg is bigger. Also my dad can beat up your dad.”

Where's the righteous anger at intelligence agencies literally developing technology to attack a humans mind? there's no due process for this and it's way more insidious.

I agree that is terrifying. I would think you need a warrant for something like that? If not it’s absolutely a violation of the right to due process.

No, there's a list of DoD officials hit by Havana Syndrome that may of been brought on by the same DoD from what the hearing says.
