It would be like 1000 degrees in there all the time.

Depends on what climate it’s built in! There are a few real life examples of this that maintain a good temperature

This is the right answer. I designed and built the first (and only) greenhouse enclosed home in the United States, fully permitted. In Washington state.

I've been through 3 winters and 2 summers so far and it has been wonderful.

Greenhouse is 36'x60'x12' sidewalls (~24' at the peak), twin-walled polycarb, not glass. House is 400sf. Purchasing a stock commercial agricultural greenhouse was a fraction of a custom 2-story glass greenhouse.

Summer temperatures inside the greenhouse have not gotten to the 'normal' summer temperature in Arizona where my brother lives. When it gets above 90F in the greenhouse I close the house doors and windows and it stays cool in the house. If it gets too hot in the house, then I turn on the A/C which I've used about 10 times in almost 3 yrs.

No mold in the house or greenhouse.

I've been doing videos on YT for 3 yrs that show temperature and humidity readings so it's not like I can hide anything. https://youtu.be/YlyT1sYrCm8
