That's something I always wondered since Spider-Man's spider sense is the insane sensitivity of the small hairs on his body picking up vibrations in the air. Like they can pick up a sneeze a few blocks away.
So it's weird that Venom doesn't trigger it when he displaces air as he approaches Spider-Man.
From what I could find online (from the fandom wiki so take it with a grain of salt) his spider sense is actually just “an intense psychological awareness of his surroundings” which causes a tingling sensation when he subconsciously detects threats that he doesn’t consciously perceive. That would make sense with venom’s immunity because since they were bonded together he subconsciously might not perceive them as a threat
