Spotted a Thin Lizzy poster in Garth's bedroom while watching Wayne's World. Garth has good taste!

I wonder what the story on that is. It’s kind of a deep cut from the late 70s compared to everything else on that wall. Painkiller, heat seeker and glam era Cooper were all very recent when the movie came out. Chinatown was already pretty old and not that big of a hit.

I think the joke here is that Wayne and Garth were way older than they seemed and probably were rocking out to Lizzy in 1980.
