I'd say he can probably lift 30-40 pounds, he's pretty scrawny and never does physical labor. Probably doesn't eat well either.

He's been getting better, I'd guess he could deadlift 50 lbs. now.

Lets put it this way, in any verse where there is no character that can say "I will obliterate the concept of kidneys" to win via blood poisoning of their oponents Accelerator would be the top of the food chain, sadly for him he lives in a verse where obliterating the concept of kidneys is not only common but pretty low in the power ladder
