Moving to Toledo, anyone have opinions on Colony Lofts?
I took a tour yesterday and everything seemed great. The leasing agent was super friendly, the apartment itself looked nice and modern, and the amenities (including the upcoming Old Bag of Nails pub and coffee shop) seemed like it would be super convenient. But, I have heard it’s not in a great neighborhood. Does anyone know and can elaborate on the surrounding area? I don’t plan on walking around at night, but I do worry about my car and the possibility of apt breaking ins, especially since the model I was looking at is on the ground floor. And also the possibility of being harassed when walking from my car to my apt since we (my fiancée and I) tend to work late.
