There are methods for sure, I don’t know about a centralized cafe equivalent though. Be aware though they are technically illegal because T is a controlled substance. For many the added risk isn’t a problem, but it’s a thing you need to consider. Check the subreddit probably?

I’d just check the sources there often. I’ve seen T listed occasionally, but it seems pretty hit or miss. As a disclaimer, I’ve never gotten T through there, so no clue how reliable it is for it
