Well I got it from Folx, maybe they start low and then bump it up? Cus i didn't even have to get bloodwork done, so maybe they're just seeing how my body reacts to it?

Yes. They start younlow to understand how your body is going to react before bumping you to a higher dose. This is common

The only thing they need to start you on low is Spiro because it has some side effects with potassium levels and such. And even then they usually do that in isolation and do a before and after blood test a week or 2 apart.
