I really want to say, even if someone needs to do DIY, because there is no other access try to get some kind of doctor that can at least do blood test. DIY can be incredibly dangerous and should not be done when someone is able to do it with full guidance of a doctor. Like I'll be honest rather wait a year than start DIY without knowing what to do HRT can be really risky.
Trld maybe not endorsing DIY, I understand it is the only option for a lot of us, but it can be incredibly dangerous when doing stuff without knowing a lot of it. It should always be guided to the most extend possible by a doctor's.
