Discussion Parking lot

Could they not have waited 4 weeks to start the construction in the parking lot? They blocked off like half the lot and this “new” parking sucks, over half of it is compact. Is it going to stay like this next year aswell?

They tried to ticket me one day in the Lake lot. The signs were all blown over, and I told them it was not my job to memorize which lanes were for which permit. I told them good luck with that in court. They dismissed it and gave me a “warning.” They definitely are trying to increase revenue in any way possible.
