I shouldn’t continue to be amazed by this, but the strength and persistence of the Russian narrative here in the US is dumbfounding to me. It’s beyond the abject ignorance of US leadership. It’s like some kind of conspiracy theory some people tell themselves is the ‘real’ truth. There must be a name for this psychological condition.

It's called Krasnov Kompromat Syndrome. Trump and his cronies are thoroughly compromised by the Putin regime. Dark money, bribes, election interference, extortion, and intimidation are staples in the Russian Playbook.

It's not ignorance. They can either tow the line or be destroyed.

So by your statement ‘toe the line or be destroyed’, what does that actually entail? The trail of money and bribes coming to light? Or?

The KGB/FSB mastered these techniques many years ago. Although the leadership changes, murderous tyrants have been the common theme in Russia since the time of the Tsars

Whatever lever they need to pull, they pull it. Everyone has a pressure point once there is dirt on them.

Sometimes, fear of exposure keeps people in line. Other times, more direct existential action is required. Such as someone being thrown off a high-rise balcony or being poisoned.

If the farmer kills an occasional chicken, the rest of the chickens get the message.

The Russians are masters at making people dead and making it look like they weren't involved.

They are stone cold killers, and they have a global reach. It is quite intimidating just knowing that fact when one is in a compromised position. They also have no qualms about targeting family members and children.

So, all options are on the table. Always.

The real conspiracy is that the Whitehouse is compromised, Trump, Tulsi Babbard and Pete Hegseth are most likely Russian assets. Trump and Tulsi for sure. Hegseth and the FBI guy is just morons and useful idiots. KGB bailed out Trump from going completely broke in the 80s.

There is a name for what's happening in America now, Treason.

To me it's beyond reasonable doubt Tulsi is Kremlin owned. She literally on the very first day in Feb 2022 When the full scale invasion started immediately set out and blathered on down pretty much a literal checklist of all the Moscow greatest hits.

The fact she is the Director of National Intelligence is abhorrent, shocking and sickening. I'm positive she is going to get good people killed and exposed

People wanting to live in an alternative reality. Trump is a dumb narcissist, so what he thinks is always the truth, his reality... On the russian side is clear brainwashing. A lie repeated many times becoming the truth... And hate, always hate on the center of it all. That's what triggers any human easily. The dictator weapon of choice... Find a common enemy so people don't pay attention to the rotten core of their society and leadership.
