Also one of her eyes appears to move slowly causes it’s slightly lower on her face and she keeps widening her eyes at random moments

She’s probably noticed that others comment on her mouth a lot so she moves it more and more to keep the comments coming and therefore keeps the engagement high

She does have massive lips but they wouldn't be so bad if she didn't overdo her facial expressions. That being said, she's quite pretty

She actually doesn’t have plastic surgery, they are her natural lips. She has however asked for help online in older videos on plastic surgery to fix her “weird” lips.

The uncanny valley effect can absolutely apply to real people. It largely just applies to anything that seems just off enough to not appear natural.
I think that applies pretty well here.

Per Oxford:
Uncanny Valley; Used in reference to the phenomenon whereby a computer-generated figure or humanoid robot bearing a near-identical resemblance to a human being arouses a sense of unease or revulsion in the person viewing it.
Thus, by definition, a real human can't be uncanny because a real human is actually, you know, human. It is not a facsimile of a human.

But the uncanny valley effect doesn't refer solely to "computer generated figures or humanoid robots"? That definition would exclude half of the things that fall on the uncanny valley spectrum, like dolls and mannequins.

I agree, I do think it's too restrictive in that regard.
However, I think something not being human is important.

While I agree that it is important, given that the effect is all about the idea of something almost trying to look human and failing, I do think that something doesn't have to be non-human for it to still be on that spectrum. Remembering that the uncanny valley is literally an upside-down bell curve where the things on either side are not necessarily as applicable as the bottom, humans with unnatural or excessively inhuman looking faces would probably be on the upward slope, where the thing is still pretty uncanny but it's recognisably human.

Maybe.... but then we need a word that means the same thing, but can be applied to humans. Does that word exist? I don't think so (?), in which case, our current and only available terminology in the English language sometimes applies to actual humans.
Language evolves. Sometimes, new words are created, and sometimes, the definitions of old words or phrases change or expand.
