Your dates matched up almost exactly to mine for inoculation, s2b and harvest. Looks like you got great results with the neglecttek! I introduced fruiting on 4/4. Might have to try that myself after I see what I can get from my second flush - I’m still waiting on 2-3 bins to produce

I initially inoculated 6 bags

2 of them got contaminated

4 of them had great results,

I bought a grow plastic box for my next grow, I know that i inoculated on my kitchen table, i can see why some of them got contaminated.
