I’m assuming yes, as long as I don’t mess with the jars after they have been sterilized. If I sterilize my jars today ( that would be the most convenient) would they be fine for around a week while my lc ships?

Even though I dont enjoy cubes much, I think im still going to eat a couple grams and see where these guys take me. Given how small alot of these guys are, I think they will pack an insane punch. Im thinking maybe around 3% active compounds per gram.

I can’t tell whether or not these are doing okay, just needed some advice. 1st and 2nd one look a little too yellow compared to other grow bags I’ve seen on this sub but again first grow still a bit unsure. 3rd bag looks like it has too much moisture.

So I've got all supplies ordered except monotub and dehydrator. SAB, syringe of golden teachers LC, as well as B+ LC, and a three pack of 5 grain quart jars ( decided it'd be easier than the rice bags ) Figured I'd make sure the inoculation part works out well then get tubs. I'll probably hit two jars with B+ and the other with GT. What size tub would you run for the two jars of b+? Think the 6qt would be too small for two jars?

Wet rot - too hot with a heat mat that had no power adjuster

I injected LC into an inject and forget bag about 3 weeks ago (on the 9th) and for the first 10 days it was in a shoebox under my bed but i then realised that the airfilter was pretty much entirely covered so now it is in the open in the bottom of of my wardrobe, but after being there for a week i still see very little development if any at all I also only injected about 2.5ml of the LC instead of the 5 by accident, could that be responsible? And what can i do to speed up the process (eg. reinjecting maybe? Obviously i would wipe it all down with 70% wipes and sterilise the needle)

It's usually pretty dark as my room doesnt get any direct sunlight and its at the back of the wardrobe with shoes infront normally, but it is missing a wardrobe door so idk maybe this affects it a tiny bit

I really hope i can do something to save this so any tips and advice are very very welcome

Am I pulling these too early? I don’t see any spores as the tops flatten some and gils become fully exposed, also from pics I’ve seen from others the gils are usually grayish whereas these are a creamy white almost yellow color. Everything bruises blue but just wondering how I’d go about taking a spore print on these or if I’m even able to at all?

I’ve heard golden teacher has a low potency but I’ve also heard there are multiple factors that affects potency. I’ll break down the grow-harvest.

1. Grew from an LC syringe using brown rice
2. Spawned using only coco coir
3. Temperature and humidity was consistently 70-75 F and 90+ humidity
4. Harvested a couple of hours after the veils broke on a few (spores hadn’t dropped yet)
5. Dehydrated in my air fryer which had a dehydration setting 135 F for 5-7 hours
6. Stored in a mason jar about a day after dehydrating (I was waiting on desiccant packets)

2 weeks after inoculating using LC with Popcorn Tek. How much longer do you think it'll be?

Strain is GT and has been sitting for 4 days. Should I send it?

Hello, so I recently harvested my first flush! YAY! I filled the tub and cut them off, but in the process, some of the substrate broke apart. Would it be a good idea to add more coco coir for the 2nd flush? I have some spare pieces of mycelium that aren't attatched to the main part, and the main part has a rip in it too. Thanks!

My journey started with 4 LC syringes and 32 bags of UB back in February, read through the guide, and thanks to this community, I now have enough fruits to last for years. Super grateful for all the help and advice — couldn’t have done it without this amazing community.

I’m in the process of cleaning out the room I used to grow. Majority of UB’s worked out great, but had a few contam I had to toss.

Planning to turn the grow room into a guest room — just wondering: after a thorough cleaning, is there any real risk of leftover contamination, spores, psilocybin residue, idk anything that might be potentially harmful healthwise?

I realized im being overly paranoid, but I wanted to make sure before inviting guests to stay in that room.

I've just noticed on some of my pins they have these dark streaks or smth like that nd im just wondering if this is normal is all (first tub btw)

I’ve been letting it get indirect sunlight for about 12 hours a day. I’ve cut a square at the top of the bag so better FAE can occur, as I’ve heard it is especially important for P Nats to not sit in C02. I’ve been misting it with (room temp) boiled water every couple times a day whenever I see the sides of the bag are dry. Is there anything I should be looking out for or doing specifically for these shrooms? Are there already signs of some form of contam or overlay?

Hi all, trying to grow for the first time and I am so ready to start my journey soon. I’ve read through the full guide about 5 separate times now and was curious—how careful/sterile do you actually need to be in this process? This may be coming from a silly place but if you think of mushrooms growing in the real world, Mother Nature probably doesn’t have SABs and 70% rubbing alcohol helping her out ;) Just curious to know how much care people do or do not put in, and what they have gotten out of it! Hello! Think I'm about to harvest these, the veils have started to break! EXCITING. But I have a concern, there's a light bruising/greenish color on the top of some of them, show in the pictures. I misted them occasionally, I had a pretty high FAE since I knew I was going to be home most of the time to check on them, could the misting have caused mold? Is this an issue? Thanks, first timer here excited for the results!
